Co-op Academy Priesthorpe in Pudsey seeks an Operations Manager to oversee daily academy operations, health and safety, and premises management. You will be the first point of contact for site queries and will line-manage the on-site team, ensuring a safe, supportive learning environment for staff and students.
You will also provide administrative support to keep teaching and learning resources in place, while modelling the Co-op values of self-help, responsibility and respect across the academy
Working closely with the leadership team you will oversee the daily operational functions of the Academy. You will be the first point of contact for premises management queries and line manage the site team. With a strong understanding of Health and Safety, you will be responsible for ensuring the Academy is a safe and effective environment for our colleagues and students to learn and work.
Additionally, you will provide administrative support to ensure that all systems and resources are in place for effective teaching and learning.
And of course, you'll do this whilst capturing the spirit of our vision and values and whilst role-modelling exceptional professional behaviours.
