Birchwood School in Wales is seeking an experienced School Operations Manager to join the senior leadership team. You will lead across administration, facilities, HR, and compliance, ensuring efficient operations and safeguarding for pupils.

You will work closely with the Head of School to drive budget management, data handling, GDPR compliance and inspections, delivering high standards of service and support for staff, families and external partners.

Qualificações

• Experience in a school business, operations or management role.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of compliance, safeguarding and health and safety requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and operational functions.
• Confident working with budgets, systems and data.
• Builds positive relationships with staff, families and external professionals.
