The role suits an experienced School Operations Manager or School Business Manager with leadership experience in health, safety, ICT and facilities management, who will drive compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Has leadership and management experience in Health & Safety, Facilities Management, Human Resources, ICT.
• Numerate and ICT literate with knowledge of information systems and databases.
• Professional, self-motivated with strong communication and line management experience.
• Desire to uphold and promote the school’s vision and values.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership across non-teaching areas of the school.
• Support the Headteacher with policy development and implementation.
• Ensure compliance, health and safety and effective business operations.
