Sedgemoor Manor School is recruiting a Maintenance Assistant to join the maintenance team, handling reactive day-to-day upkeep on site and the grounds. You will liaise with contractors on site and assist management with ad-hoc requests.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of COSHH and workplace health and safety; training provided.
• Organised, adaptable and thorough in approach.
• Ideally experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry or plastering.

Responsabilités

• Carry out reactive day-to-day maintenance issues within the site and grounds.
• Liaise with contractors on site and assist management as needed.
• Support other homes in the community as required.
