Responsibilities

• Provide food services including menu planning, ordering, quantity control, and cooking.
• Comply with Health and Safety and Food Safety requirements for staff and visitors.
• Ensure good work practices and adherence to Gwynedd Council policies by catering staff.
• Arrange and supervise food service including serving the food.
• Supervise kitchen staff, allocate duties, organize work and provide training.
• Ensure induction Training for kitchen staff before they start work.
