Thomas Franks is recruiting a Food Service Assistant for Stocksfield. The role is full-time and permanent, working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday at a school location in Stocksfield. The pay rate is £13.15 per hour, with overtime opportunities for events.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy kitchen environment is preferred.
• Able to communicate effectively in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Prepare food for service following hygiene and safety standards.
• Keep kitchen and service areas clean and tidy to required standards.
• Clear, clean and store away food, beverages and equipment after use.
• Restock stocks and consumables during service for smooth operations.
• Operate cleaning and dishwashing equipment and maintain storage areas.
• Complete all cleaning/hygiene duties as required.
• Interact with customers and staff in a professional manner.
