Thomas Franks seeks a part-time Kitchen Assistant in Fareham to join a busy school kitchen. You will prepare meals from fresh ingredients, support chefs with prep, and ensure high hygiene standards are maintained.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen as a Kitchen Assistant.
• Good verbal English communication.
• Good written English and reading skills.

Responsabilités

• Work well in a team to provide food and service.
• Prepare food for service using fresh ingredients and from-scratch cooking.
• Ensure food standards, wastage control and allergen procedures are followed.
• Follow Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies.
• Support chefs with food prep as needed.
• Assist with pot wash duties when required.
