Berkeley Scott is seeking an experienced Chef Manager for school catering in Great Malvern. The role focuses on leading a kitchen team, overseeing daily operations, and delivering high-quality meals to pupils and staff while maintaining strict food safety standards.

The ideal candidate has robust management experience, a valid Enhanced DBS, and certifications in Food Safety Level 2 and Food Allergen Awareness. Driving licence is a bonus for occasional travel to other locations.

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a school/catering setting.
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene, health and safety.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day kitchen operations and catering service.
• Prepare, cook and serve meals for pupils and staff.
• Plan menus meeting dietary requirements.
• Lead and organise kitchen staff.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and allergen control.
• Ensure compliance with food safety procedures and regulations.
• Travel to other locations as required by client.
