Job summary

Impact Food Group is seeking a Chef De Partie to join our catering team at Westonbirt School in Tetbury. You will prepare fresh, seasonal meals for students and staff, focusing on quality, portion control and presentation to meet high standards.

Working Monday to Friday, 11am-7:30pm or 12:00-20:30, 40 hours per week across 39 weeks per year. Salary £25,800 per annum with opportunities for training and development.

Qualifications

• Catering experience in professional/high-volume environments.
• Strong focus on quality, presentation and portioning.
• Willingness to support catering events and functions.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safe preparation practices.
• Team-oriented with good organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals from scratch using fresh ingredients.
• Support menu planning and adapt dishes to dietary requirements.
• Assist with catering events, banquets and special functions.
• Ensure kitchen is clean, organised and compliant with food safety standards.
• Collaborate with team to deliver consistently high-quality meals.
