Qualifications

• Experience in education catering with fresh ingredients.
• Food hygiene level 2 certificate or higher.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menus using provided recipes with craft skills.
• Ensure strict compliance with Food Hygiene, Allergen, and Health & Safety standards.
• Assist with high-quality hospitality requests for clients and events.
• Build strong relationships with school clients and students.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
