Berkeley Scott is recruiting a School Kitchen Assistant for Stafford with immediate start. You will assist with meal prep and serving to pupils and staff, maintain cleanliness, follow hygiene and allergen guidelines, and support the kitchen team in daily catering duties.

DBS check and two references are required, along with Food Safety Level 2 and Allergen Awareness certificates or willingness to obtain. Weekly pay and ongoing recruitment team support are offered.

Formación

• Enhanced DBS check required for safeguarding
• Two references required
• Food Safety Level 2 certificate required or willingness to obtain
• Food Allergen Awareness certificate required or willingness to obtain
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Previous catering or school kitchen experience desirable but not essential

Responsabilidades

• Assisting with preparation and serving of meals to pupils and staff
• Supporting kitchen team with daily catering duties
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety
• Washing up and keeping kitchen areas and equipment clean
• Following food hygiene procedures and allergen management guidelines
• Ensuring meals are served safely and efficiently
• Working with colleagues to provide a positive school dining experience
