Responsibilities

• Assisting with basic food preparation and meal service.
• Supporting chefs and catering staff during busy lunch periods.
• Maintaining high standards of kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.
• Washing dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment.
• Following food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures.
• Assisting with stock rotation and safe food storage.
• Keeping workstations clean, organised and ready for service.
• Working efficiently as part of a busy catering team.
