Responsibilities

• Assist in generating and processing all food orders, keeping records and stock books as required.
• Assist in the preparation, cooking and serving of school meals.
• Assist in the supervision of lunch time service.
• Maintain all areas of the kitchen and equipment to required hygiene standards.
• Wash up as appropriate.
• Prepare beverages and refreshments as requested.
• Promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young people in accordance with policy.
