Qualifications

• Strong technical skills with a focus on supporting staff and students
• Experience providing first and second-line IT support in a school or similar environment
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Windows-based software environments

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-line technical support to staff and students
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and connectivity issues
• Install, configure and maintain computers, laptops, printers and other IT equipment
• Support users with Microsoft 365, Windows and school-based software systems
• Manage user accounts, passwords and access permissions
• Assist with setup and maintenance of classroom technology including interactive displays and AV equipment
