You will handle first- and second-line support, assist with Microsoft 365, Windows environments, classroom tech, AV equipment and user account management, contributing to a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Providing first line and second-line technical support to staff and students.
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, network and connectivity issues.
• Installing, configuring and maintaining computers, laptops, printers and other IT equipment.
• Supporting users with Microsoft 365, Windows and other school-based software systems.
• Managing user accounts, passwords and access permissions.
• Assisting with the setup and maintenance of classroom technology, including interactive displays and AV equipment
