Job summary

hireful. is seeking an IT Technician to support schools in North London. You will manage school IT systems, resolve technical issues, and install hardware and software while delivering excellent customer service.

The role covers Barnet and surrounding areas, with a zones 1-6 travelcard provided for work-related travel. Salary ranges from £28,000 to £32,000 base per year plus employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support, preferably up to 2nd line.
• Experience in a school/academy/college environment is desirable.
• Experience installing, maintaining and fixing IT equipment (servers, software, networks, hardware, telephony).
• Experience supporting Office 365, Google Workspace and Chromebooks is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT systems across schools and provide first-class IT support.
• Resolve technical issues affecting teaching and learning environments.
• Install and maintain hardware and software, including networking and telephony.
• Provide excellent customer service and act as the liaison between schools and the service provider.
