Job summary

Hireful is seeking an IT Technician to support multiple schools in North London, based in Barnet. You will install, maintain and fix IT equipment, and provide frontline support for Office 365, Google Workspace and Chromebooks while delivering a first-class service.

You will act as the key link between schools and the wider team, resolving technical problems and ensuring smooth teaching and learning. Salary £28k-£32k, Zones 1-6 travelcard provided, and great employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous IT Support experience, ideally up to 2nd line.
• Experience in a school/academy/college environment is highly desirable.
• Experience installing, maintaining and fixing IT equipment (servers, software, hardware, networks, telephony).
• Experience supporting Office 365, Google Workspace and Chromebooks is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT systems and provide frontline support to schools.
• Resolve technical issues and restore services promptly.
• Install, configure and maintain hardware and software across school sites.
• Deliver excellent customer service and act as main liaison between schools and the company.
