Job summary

Education Matters Group is seeking an experienced IT Technician to provide day-to-day IT support for staff and students in a Greenwich-based school environment.

You will troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues, support computers, printers and classroom tech, and manage user accounts. Immediate start and a DBS check are required for this full-time role.

Qualifications

• IT Technician/IT Support experience essential.
• School/education experience desirable.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of hardware, software and networking.
• Valid DBS required.
• Available to start immediately.

Location: Greenwich

Salary: £130 - £150 per day

Start Date: Immediate

Contract: Full-time, Monday Friday

DBS: Must hold a valid DBS

The Role

• Provide day-to-day IT support to staff and students

• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Valid DBS required
• Available to start immediately
