The role includes collaboration with senior management on IT projects and delivering regular service updates.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in a school IT management role, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to improving services.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as IT Manager/Network Manager/Senior ICT Consultant within a school setting.
• Experience upgrading a school IT network system.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee management, installation, maintenance, availability and security of the curriculum and administrative ICT network.
• Collaborate with Senior Management to plan IT infrastructure projects.
• Provide weekly service update emails and monthly service reviews.
