Turn IT On is currently seeking an IT Manager who is motivated and enthusiastic about technology in an educational environment. The ideal candidate should have a natural flair for technology, a willingness to learn and a passion for providing exceptional service to our customers.

This role requires a UK driving license and access to your own vehicle. As IT Manager, you will oversee the management, installation, maintenance, availability and security of the curriculum and administrative ICT

Qualificações

• 2-3 years of experience as IT Manager/Network Manager/Senior ICT Consultant in a school setting.
• UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Managing the school’s network infrastructure and ICT based applications.
• Monitoring and maintenance of key systems including switches, virtual & physical server environments, Microsoft 365 and backups.
• Providing technical advice, training and support to staff to enable effective use of systems.
• Day to day management of IT operations and handling requests efficiently.
• Line manage ICT support staff and provide 2nd/3rd line support.
• Prepare weekly service updates and monthly service reviews, report SLA status.
• Enforce school policies and train internal staff.
