Turn IT On is seeking an IT Manager in Oxford/Abingdon who is enthusiastic about technology and education. You will oversee the curriculum and administrative ICT network, ensuring security, availability and optimal performance for teaching and learning.

The role requires a UK driving license and access to your own vehicle. Salary ranges from £35,000 to £42,000 with various employee benefits and a DBS check is required.

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years of IT Manager/Network Manager experience in a school setting.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation within educational environments.
• Ability to collaborate with senior staff and manage ICT projects.

Responsabilités

• Oversee installation, maintenance, availability and security of the school's ICT network.
• Manage hardware and software infrastructure and coordinate with senior management on projects.
• Provide weekly updates and monthly service reviews to Trust contacts.
• Line manage ICT support staff and provide 2nd/3rd line support as needed.
• Ensure alignment with school policies and DBS requirements.
