Oxford Diocesan Bucks Schools Trust seeks an experienced leader to drive rapid, lasting improvement in its schools. Working with the headteacher, senior leaders, trust leaders and governors, you will diagnose barriers, shape a sharp improvement plan, and hold leaders to account for its delivery.

You will strengthen teaching, curriculum, behaviour and attendance, build leadership capacity, and ensure schools are well prepared for their next inspection, with regular reports to the Trust on

Qualifikationen

• Detailed, up-to-date knowledge of secondary education.
• Proven track record of turning schools around.
• Experience as headteacher, executive leader or system leader (e.g., School Improvement Partner, Education Director or HMI).
• Experience leading improvement in schools, including those serving disadvantaged communities.

• Diagnose what is holding the school back and shape a sharp improvement plan with leaders.
• Hold leaders to account for delivering the plan.
• Strengthen teaching, curriculum, behaviour and attendance.
• Build leadership capacity so improvement is owned within the school.
