Job summary

Blackdown Education Partnership in Somerset is seeking a seasoned School Improvement Partner: Curriculum and Pedagogy to shape the Trust-wide approach to curriculum, teaching and assessment across our growing MAT. You will work closely with Directors of Education, Headteachers and senior leaders to drive coherent strategy and improve pupil outcomes.

• Experience in leading curriculum and pedagogy improvements across multiple schools.
• Ability to develop inclusive curricula and evidence-informed teaching practice.
• Track record of coaching and developing senior leaders and teachers.
