Job summary

The Diocese of Hereford Multi-Academy Trust invites applications for a permanent Headteacher post on its leadership team. Employed by the Trust, you will begin with Trust-wide school improvement work and may later lead one of the academies.

The role suits an experienced headteacher or senior leader capable of raising pupil outcomes across multiple settings. Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK, as visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Experience as a headteacher or highly experienced senior leader.
• Proven record of improving outcomes for pupils.
• Strong experience of leading school improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic development across the Trust.
• Support school improvement priorities across the Trust.
• Lead one of the Trust's academies if deployed in line with Trust requirements.
• Work in any Trust academy, at appointment and throughout employment, as organisational requirements dictate.
