Job summary

Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a proactive team member to assist in planning, delivering and evaluating health promotion and school age immunisation programmes across schools and local settings.

You will support the nursing team, manage consent forms, maintain databases and ensure the cold chain for vaccines, liaise with schools and families, and act as first point of contact for admin tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience or ability to plan and coordinate health education initiatives.
• Ability to maintain accurate health records and databases.
• Strong communication with children, parents and school staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, delivering and evaluating health promotion and school immunisation programmes.
• Attend community vaccination sessions in schools and local settings.
• Work with nursing team to run sessions safely and effectively.
• Coordinate with schools and families to promote collaboration and meet local targets.
• Ensure consent forms are returned and online consent triaged.
• Maintain vaccination cold chain, ordering and transport logistics.
• Keep records up to date and prepare documents for school visits.
• Actively participate in team meetings and adhere to SOPs.
