Job summary

NHS Professionals is seeking a Children’s Immunisations Administrator to support school-based immunisation programmes across multiple community locations in England. You will collaborate with clinical teams, schools, parents and healthcare professionals to coordinate vaccination clinics and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities include data management, consent processing, and ensuring compliance with NHS policies and data protection.

Qualifications

Must have a full UK driving license.
Previous administrative experience in a healthcare, education or customer service environment.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Experience using Microsoft Office applications and database systems.
Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively as part of a team.
Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Manage immunisation records and maintain accurate patient data.
