Job summary

The Park Federation Academy Trust is seeking an HR & Recruitment Officer for James Elliman Academy in Slough. This 36-hour-per-week role runs 8.00am-4.00pm, Monday to Friday, throughout all year. You will manage recruitment, contracts and the HR information system, reporting to the HR Manager.

You will also support cyclic tasks such as the school workforce census and work within an experienced HR team to promote staff welfare and safeguarding.

Qualifications

• Recent generalist HR experience within a shared services team.
• Ideally CIPD Level 3 qualification.
• Experience with HR information systems could be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of recruitment, contracts and the HR information system.
• Support the Head of HR and HR Manager on cyclic tasks, such as the school workforce census.
