• Relevant maintenance experience or a maintenance-related qualification (e.g. NVQ or City & Guilds Level 2+).
• Knowledge of maintenance procedures, compliance checks and safe working practices.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Competence in DIY tasks and the safe use of power tools.

Responsibilities
