Job summary

Brooke Weston Trust is looking for a Site Assistant to help maintain a safe, welcoming and well-presented environment for students and staff. You will work with the estates team to keep buildings and grounds in good order, support health and safety tasks and ensure the site runs smoothly each day.

The role requires practical maintenance skills, reliability and a proactive, can-do attitude. You will collaborate with colleagues across schools within the Trust to deliver a high-quality environment

Qualifications

• Practical maintenance experience and a hands-on approach.
• Team player with a customer-focused mindset.
• Awareness of health and safety requirements in a school environment.
• Ability to identify and solve problems proactively.

Responsibilities

• Assist with upkeep of buildings and grounds.
• Support health and safety compliance activities.
• Contribute to the presentation and security of the site.
• Work with Site Supervisor and estates team to resolve issues.
• Provide reliable, practical support to enable a smooth school day.
