MyNewTerm is seeking a First Aid Lead to manage the day-to-day assessment and provision of emergency first aid and to handle all administrative tasks related to the service. The role supports safeguarding and the health and wellbeing of students and staff in a busy school environment.

The ideal candidate will have relevant first-aid qualifications, experience in school or similar settings, and the ability to remain calm while handling emergencies and complex medical needs.

Formación

• Experience providing first aid in a school, healthcare, workplace or similar setting.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of confidentiality and safeguarding procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day assessment and provision of emergency first aid.
• Manage administrative functions of first aid provision.
• Support health, safety and wellbeing of students and staff.
