Oakwood Infant and Nursery School in Derby is seeking a full-time Site Manager and Caretaker for a permanent year-round role. The position includes routine maintenance, contractor liaison, records, cleaning stock control, and support for the cleaning team.

Successful applicants will require an Enhanced DBS check and will start on 4 January 2027. The school is looking for reliable, adaptable individuals who can work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Organise routine site inspections, compliance checks and reactive repairs.
• Arrange and manage visits from external contractors.
• Update and maintain site records.
• Organise cleaning activities, including stock control.
• Support the school's cleaning team.
• Act as first point of contact for premises management, working with the Headteacher and School Business Manager.
• Act as a key point of contact for emergencies.
• Act as a registered key holder for the school.
