Job summary

Aspire People is working with a primary school in Oldham to appoint a Site Manager/School Caretaker who will maintain cleanliness, safety and upkeep of the premises. The role is hands-on with hours 7am-3pm, negotiable, and a focus on creating a welcoming environment for staff and visitors.

Responsibilities include general cleaning, basic maintenance, security monitoring, waste disposal and prompt reporting of hazards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a caretaker or maintenance role is desirable.
• Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks.

We at Aspire People are delighted to announce we are now working alongside a primary school in Oldham area who are seeking a reliable and proactive Site Manager/School Caretaker to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall upkeep of our premises. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and a commitment to providing a welcoming environment for staff and visitors. Working hours 7am-3pm but negotiable.
