Job summary

Oakwood Infant and Nursery School in Derby is seeking a reliable Site Manager to work full-time across 37 hours per week. You will be the first point of contact for premises management, reporting to the Headteacher and School Business Manager.

Duties include coordinating site maintenance, inspections, compliance checks, reactive repairs and contractor visits; updating records; organising cleaning and stock control; and acting as a registered key holder.

Responsibilities

• Duties include organising site maintenance including routine inspections, compliance checks, reactive repairs and external contractor visits.
• Updating and maintaining records and organising cleaning activities including stock control.
• Supporting the school's cleaning team and acting as a key point of contact for emergencies.
