Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation and maintenance of the site, buildings and grounds.
• Carry out regular site checks and respond to health and safety issues.
• Coordinate contractors and external services to ensure safe, effective work.
• Support compliance checks and statutory health and safety requirements.
• Manage site security, including opening/closing and emergencies.
• Identify issues and prioritise/resolve them efficiently.
• Build positive relationships with staff, students, contractors and visitors.
