Job summary

Coba Education is currently recruiting for a dependable and proactive Site Supervisor to support a fantastic Primary school in Corby. This role is ideal for someone with caretaking, facilities, maintenance, or site management experience who takes pride in ensuring a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for staff, pupils, and visitors.

The successful candidate will open and lock the school premises, carry out routine maintenance, monitor site security, and liaise with contractors to support

Qualifications

Previous experience as Site Supervisor or similar role.
Knowledge of health and safety procedures.
Excellent communication and a professional manner.

Responsibilities

Open and secure the school premises.
Carry out routine maintenance and minor repairs.
Ensure the safety and upkeep of buildings and grounds.
Conduct regular health and safety checks.
Monitor site security and report issues.
Liaise with contractors and external service providers.
Assist with room setups and operational needs across the school.
Support day-to-day running of the site.
