Job summary

Coba Education Ltd is recruiting a dependable Site Supervisor to support a Primary school in Corby. You will ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for staff, pupils and visitors.

Responsibilities include opening/locking premises, routine maintenance, health and safety checks, coordinating with contractors, and supporting day-to-day site operations to keep the school running smoothly. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in similar roles, strong DIY skills, knowledge of H&S

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Site Supervisor, Caretaker, Facilities Assistant, or Maintenance Operative
• Good DIY and practical maintenance skills
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently
• A flexible and proactive approach
• Excellent communication skills and a professional manner
