Job summary

Coba Education is currently recruiting for a dependable and proactive Site Supervisor to support a fantastic Primary school in Corby. This role is ideal for someone with caretaking, facilities, maintenance, or site management experience who takes pride in ensuring a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for staff, pupils, and visitors.

The successful candidate will open and lock the school premises, carry out routine maintenance, monitor site security, and liaise with contractors to support

Key Responsibilities:

• Opening and locking the school premises
• Carrying out routine maintenance and minor repairs
• Ensuring the school grounds and buildings are safe, secure, and well maintained
• Conducting regular health and safety checks
• Monitoring site security and reporting any issues
• Liaising with contractors and external service providers
• Assisting with room setups and operational requirements across the school
• Supporting the day-to-day running of the site

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous experience as a Site Supervisor, Caretaker, Facilities Assistant, or Maintenance Operative
• Good DIY and practical maintenance skills
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently
• A flexible and proactive approach
• Excellent communication skills and a professional manner
