Job summary

HISP Multi Academy Trust Ltd seeks a proactive Site Lead to maintain Tanners Brook Primary School’s site, ensuring safety, security and courteous presentation for pupils, staff and visitors. You will work within the Estates team, handling maintenance, compliance checks and contractor coordination.

You will support day-to-day operations, assist with events, and sometimes help at other Trust schools, sharing expertise to uphold high standards across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance and repairs.
• Knowledge of health and safety practices.
• Ability to manage a varied workload and work independently.
• Good communication with staff, contractors and visitors.
• Reliable, flexible and pride in high standards.
• Comfortable using basic IT systems and keeping records.

Responsibilities

• Maintain school buildings and grounds as part of Estates team.
• Carry out routine compliance checks and safety checks.
• Liaise with contractors and coordinate works.
• Support day-to-day operational needs of the school.
• Assist with school events and occasional duties at other Trust sites.
