Tanners Brook Primary School is seeking a dedicated Site Lead to maintain our school site, ensuring it remains safe, secure and well-presented for pupils, staff and visitors.

You will manage maintenance, safety checks, liaise with contractors and support day-to-day operations as part of our Trust's Estates team.

This role suits someone with general maintenance experience, attention to detail and a proactive approach to safeguarding a productive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance and repairs.
• Good understanding of health and safety practices.
• Able to manage a varied workload and work independently.
• Communicates well with staff, contractors and visitors.
• Reliable, flexible and maintains high standards.
• Confident using basic IT systems and keeping accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Maintain buildings and grounds.
• Carry out routine compliance checks.
• Support school events and day-to-day operations.
• Liaise with contractors and respond to issues as they arise.
• Occasional support at other Trust schools to share expertise and maintain standards.
• Contribute to a safe and welcoming environment for pupils and staff.
