Job summary

• Experience in facilities management within an educational setting.

Responsibilities

• Organise and coordinate on-site services to maintain high standards and minimise disruption to teaching.
• Manage the school's planned maintenance programme and procurement processes.
• Monitor buildings and grounds to ensure safety and compliance.
• Lead premises staff including caretaking, cleaning and catering teams.
• Oversee fire safety, CCTV, alarms and emergency lighting.
• Develop a premises and maintenance plan and achieve best value.
• Support strategic planning for the school site with SLT and Governing Body.
• Maintain budget for site-based areas and manage contracts.
