St Hilda's Church of England High School in Grimsby is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead and supervise all premises matters. The role involves ensuring premises are fit for purpose, overseeing caretaking, cleaning and catering teams, and driving cost-effective, safe, and efficient operations.

You will develop a maintenance plan, manage safety systems, and work with SLT and consultants to maximise value while safeguarding staff and pupils.

Responsabilidades

• Organise and coordinate on-site services to ensure high-quality teaching and learning with minimal disruption.
• Manage the school's planned maintenance programme with qualified personnel.
• Monitor site buildings and grounds to maintain appropriate standards.
• Oversee fire safety, intruder alarms, and emergency lighting.
• Line-manage the Caretaking, Cleaning and Catering staff and monitor budgets.
