Outcomes First Group's Trent Acres School is seeking a proactive Facilities Manager to lead the day-to-day management of the school estate. You will oversee maintenance, safety, and compliance while developing a high-performing facilities team to support pupils and staff.

You will manage contractors, budgets, and improvement projects, ensuring value for money and a welcoming, well-maintained environment across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience in Facilities/Estates or Site Management, preferably in education or healthcare.
• Strong Health & Safety and compliance knowledge.
• Experience managing contractors, maintenance programmes and budgets.
• Confident, supportive people leader with motivation skills.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities.
• Holds a Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of the school's facilities and site services.
• Develop and oversee maintenance programmes to keep site safe and compliant.
• Manage contractors and facilities budgets ensuring value for money.
• Carry out regular site inspections and address issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, fire safety and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee equipment, vehicles and site resources.
• Lead and develop the facilities team to high performance.
• Collaborate with school leaders on future development.
