Job summary

Extend Learning Academies Network (ELAN) seeks a proactive Site Maintenance Officer to join the Central Estates Team across North Somerset Trust schools. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance to keep buildings safe, secure and well-presented for pupils and staff.

Responsibilities include health and safety compliance, supporting small improvement projects, and travelling between ELAN sites with mileage reimbursed.

Qualifications

• Experience in caretaking, property maintenance, facilities management or similar.
