Extend Learning Academies Network (ELAN) is seeking a Site Maintenance Officer to join the Central Estates Team in Weston-Super-Mare. The role involves maintaining and improving school buildings and grounds, across multiple sites, with a focus on safety and presentation.

You will work independently within a supportive estates team, handling planned and reactive maintenance, health and safety compliance, and minor projects.

Qualificações

• Has experience in caretaking, property maintenance or facilities management.
• Practical skills in building repairs and general DIY.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites.
• Support health and safety and compliance requirements.
• Contribute to small improvement projects and site presentations.
• Ensure school premises are safe, operational and well-presented.
