Job summary

Shireland Collegiate Academy is seeking a Site Manager to ensure the site is legally compliant, well maintained, safe and fit for purpose at all times.

You will oversee building project management, site security, maintenance, repairs, the cleaning team, and development of the site including the safe, compliant operation of building management systems. This role leads planned preventative and reactive maintenance and statutory testing.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in a school environment.
• Understanding of statutory testing requirements.
• Good communication skills.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Health and Safety and hygiene procedures and precautions.
• Experience of the use of ICT packages.

Responsibilities

• Oversee building project management, site security, maintenance and repairs.
• Lead the cleaning team and develop the site for safe, compliant and efficient operation of security/building systems.
• Manage Planned Preventative and Reactive Maintenance and statutory inspections.
• Engage contractors and contribute to lifecycle works of the School Estate.
