Worksop Priory CofE Academy is seeking a proactive Site Manager to join our school team. You will manage day-to-day site operations, security and facilities maintenance, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for students, staff and visitors.

You will coordinate repairs, supervise contractors, monitor health and safety compliance and maintain records. A reliable, organised individual with strong communication skills is essential to join our community.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management, security and upkeep of the school premises.
• Carry out maintenance and repair work and supervise contractors.
• Monitor building systems and health and safety compliance.
• Undertake site checks and maintain grounds and facilities to a high standard.
• Act as a key holder and respond to site emergencies when required.
• Collaborate with school staff and Trust team to keep the environment safe and welcoming.
