Job summary

Marchant Recruitment is seeking an experienced School Data Manager for a secondary school in Birmingham. You will maintain MIS data, support assessment reporting and provide data analysis to drive improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in a school data, examinations or MIS role.
• Strong working knowledge of MIS systems such as SIMS, Arbor or Bromcom.
• Proficient in Excel and analysing large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the school MIS, ensuring all student and staff records are accurate and up to date.
• Oversee the collection, analysis and reporting of assessment, attainment and progress data.
• Produce reports and data analysis for senior leaders, heads of department and teaching staff.
