Marchant Recruitment is seeking an experienced School Data Manager for a busy secondary school in Ealing. The role focuses on maintaining MIS data, managing assessments and producing dashboards to support staff and leaders.

You will collaborate with teachers and SLT to ensure data accuracy, support GDPR compliance, and drive data-informed improvements across the school. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail are essential.

Salary is competitive and depends on experience.

Qualificações

• Previous experience working in a school data, examinations or MIS role.
• Strong working knowledge of school management information systems, such as SIMS, Arbor or Bromcom.
• Confident using Excel and analysing large sets of data.
• Excellent organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
• The ability to manage competing priorities and meet strict deadlines.
• A good understanding of data protection and confidentiality within an educational setting.
• The confidence to communicate effectively with staff at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and maintain the school's MIS, ensuring all student and staff records are accurate and up to date.
• Oversee the collection, analysis and reporting of assessment, attainment and progress data.
• Produce reports and data analysis for senior leaders, heads of department and teaching staff.
• Coordinate data collection points, assessment cycles and reporting deadlines throughout the academic year.
• Support the preparation of examination entries, results analysis and performance reports.
• Ensure data is handled securely and in line with GDPR and school policies.
• Provide guidance and support to staff on the use of school data systems and reporting tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve data processes, accuracy and efficiency across the school.
