Job summary

Aberdeenshire Council is seeking a part-time cleaner to perform cleaning duties across Education and Children's Services premises. The role is mainly based at Laurencekirk Primary, with occasional coverage at other schools within the network during term time.

The post requires PVG scheme checks and references; a Living Wage Supplement is applied to eligible staff earning less than £13.45 per hour. Working hours are 3pm to 6pm, Monday to Friday during term time.

Qualifications

• This post is regulated work with Children and/or Protected Adults under the PVG Scheme; PVG check required.
• Overseas Criminal Record Check may be required if spent outside the UK in the last 5 years.
• One reference from your current or most recent employer is required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out cleaning duties in Aberdeenshire Council Education and Children's Services premises.
• Based at Laurencekirk Primary with occasional coverage of other schools in the network.
