South Lanarkshire Council is seeking a Cleaner for two school sites in Carluke. The role is 15 hours per week during term time, with Monday-Friday 3pm-6pm, at £13.80 per hour.

Temporary until 25 December 2026. Responsibilities include cleaning floors, furniture, fixtures, reporting to Cleaning Supervisor, operating buffing machine, ensuring security as key-holder, disposing waste. PVG check required; disclosure information as per policy.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out cleaning of floors, furniture, fixtures and fittings, sanitary areas and walls according to schedule.
• Operate buffing machines and cleaning equipment as required.
• Report to Cleaning Supervisor and monitor cleaning standards.
• Ensure building security and act as key-holder when required.
• Dispose of waste in accordance with disposal guidelines.
